We try our best to offer you a hassle-free returns experience.

  • In case of Refunds, the entire amount paidby you including shipping and gift wrapping charges are transferred to your account.
  • We strive to ease the pickup process foryou in case of returns. For certain Pin-Codes our logistics partner may not support pick-ups and in those cases you will be requested to make arrangement to ship these products to us.

Due to nature of perishability and transport logistics of products sold on, it may not always be possible to return those items. Descriptions of such items indicate their non-returnable status. However, on case-to-case basis this may be factually looked at. For example in unlikely scenario of products being out of warranty, out of expiry date.  Kindly give us a call on our helpline and our customer care executives will be glad to help you on the returns process.

Cancellation: Products may be cancelled anytime before shipment from our merchant’s end. 

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.

  • If return request is made outside the specified time frame of 7 days.
  • Any consumable item that has been used or installed.
  • Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • Defective/damaged products that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  • Specific categories like innerwear, socks and clothing freebies.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Made-to-order / custom products.
  • Fragile items, hygienerelated items.
